Our salon policies are designed to ensure a smooth, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all our clients. They help us provide a consistent level of service, maintain a peaceful and welcoming environment, and respect the time and commitment of both our clients and staff. By adhering to these policies, we can focus on delivering the highest quality care and attention to each individual, creating a seamless and positive experience from booking to service.

Policies

Cancellations 

If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a

cancellation fee of 30% will be applied. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we appreciate your understanding of the need for this policy.

It's important to note that last-minute cancellations make it challenging for us to fill that time slot with another client, resulting in lost income for our stylists. Your understanding and cooperation in respecting our stylists' time are crucial in maintaining the high level of service we strive to provide.

Exceptions can be considered based on the nature of the cancellation, and we encourage open communication with our staff in such cases.

No-Call-No-Show

We have a strict no-tolerance policy for no-call, no-show appointments. Failure to notify us of a cancellation will result in a 100% charge of the booked service. First-time clients who no-call, no-show will be charged in full and permanently banned from booking future appointments. This policy is in place to respect our time, staff, and the commitment we make to each client. No exceptions.

Refunds

Your satisfaction as my client is of utmost importance to me, and I appreciate your feedback regarding your recent hair experience.

 

It's important to note that achieving the perfect result can be challenging, especially when working from a reference picture. However, I am committed to addressing your concerns and making the necessary adjustments to ensure you are delighted with your hair.

 

While I understand your expectations may not have been met, please be aware that my policy doesn't allow for refunds. Nonetheless, I am more than willing to collaborate with you to enhance your hair according to your preferences.
